Chief Innovator and President, Tierra Norwood, has a background in economic and business development, radio & TV broadcasting, promotions and marketing. Tierra holds a certification from the Carolina school of Broadcasting in Radio and TV Broadcast Communications and a BS in Marketing and Psychology from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
